Refund Policy
At Aravali Truck Wheels Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide the best possible service through our RTO Advisor platform. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to request a refund.
Eligibility for Refund:

Time Frame: We will process the refund within 3 days.

Conditions: A refund will only be processed if the application has not been submitted to the RTO and the fees have not been paid to the RTO on your behalf.
If both of these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a full refund.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the specified time frame. Our team will review your request and process it as quickly as possible if it meets the eligibility criteria.
Important Note: Once an application has been submitted to the RTO or any fees have been paid, no refunds will be issued.
