GaddiHub RTO Services Delivery Policy

1. Introduction
GaddiHub is committed to providing efficient and timely RTO-related services in compliance with the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, and the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989. This policy outlines the delivery process, timelines, and customer rights for RTO services.

2. Scope of Services
Our RTO-related services include:

• Vehicle Registration

• Transfer of Ownership

• Issuance of Duplicate RC

• NOC (No Objection Certificate)

• Hypothecation Addition/Removal

• Address Change in RC

• Fitness Certificate Issuance/Renewal

3. Service Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver all orders within a maximum of 15 working days. We strive to deliver all RTO-related services within the stipulated timelines as per the Right to Public Services Acts applicable in various states. Typical processing times are as follows:

• Vehicle Registration: 7–10 working days

• Transfer of Ownership: 10–15 working days

• Issuance of Duplicate RC: 7–10 working days

• NOC: 7–10 working days

• Hypothecation Addition/Removal: 10–15 working days

• Address Change in RC: 7–10 working days

• Fitness Certificate Issuance/Renewal: 7–10 working days

4. Documentation Requirements
Customers are required to provide all necessary documents as per the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989. Incomplete or incorrect documentation may result in delays.

5. Customer Rights
Customers have the right to:

• Receive timely and accurate services

• Be informed of any delays or issues in processing

• Lodge complaints and receive responses within a reasonable timeframe

6. Penalties for Delays
In accordance with the Right to Public Services Acts, GaddiHub will ensure that any delays in service delivery are addressed promptly. Customers may be entitled to compensation for undue delays caused by our service.
